RIO GRANDE VALLEY – The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) and North Dakota State baseball teams will play a single-admission doubleheader Sunday at 11 a.m. at UTRGV Baseball Stadium after unplayable field conditions caused by inclement weather prevented a doubleheader from being played Saturday.
The first game of the doubleheader is scheduled to last seven innings. The second game is scheduled to last nine innings.
Fans with tickets for Friday and Saturday’s originally scheduled games can exchange them for tickets to any other UTRGV baseball home game this season. The full season schedule can be found at GoUTRGV.com.

Sunday’s doubleheader is presented by Main Event. Fans will receive all you can play wristbands, courtesy of Main Event, good from Sunday through Thursday. It’s Yacht Rock Day, meaning music from the likes of the Doobie Brothers and Steely Dan will be played throughout the doubleheader. Additionally, all Sunday home games feature the Family Fun Day: 4 for $44 promotion which includes four general admission tickets, four drinks, and four hot dogs for $44.
Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased at UTRGVTickets.com. Current UTRGV students receive free general admission with their student ID. All fans need to follow the clear bag policy, details of which can be found at GoUTRGV.com/ClearBag. Fans can find a full list of game day information at RallyTheValley.com. Gates open at 10 a.m.
Fans not in attendance can watch domestically on ESPN+ or internationally via Southland International.
Details regarding a new date for Educators Appreciation Night will be available at a later date.
