A northeastern Ohio community is mourning after a young girl was killed by a stray bullet during a police shootout this week.The shooting happened shortly after 2 p.m. in St. Clair Township, Ohio, near Youngstown, on Wednesday.St. Clair Township Police said officers were called about a possibly suicidal man. Dakota Wetzel, was shot and seriously injured.
