Horton is now behind bars in Butler County. Officials say he stole a semi in Indiana before leading law enforcement on a high-speed chase that lasted more than an hour.Ohio State Highway Patrol started the pursuit, which crossed into Middletown and then Trenton before Trenton made his way south on State Route 127 in Butler County.We’re told Horton threw tools out the window in an attempt to get away.Finally, stop sticks were laid down, with the chase ending near the Black Street Bridge, in Hamilton.In video shared with WLWT by a view, Horton is seen driving off the road, cutting through snow and narrowly avoiding a nearby home before he’s stopped in his tracks. I don’t know that stop sticks are going to be effective.
